Terms and Condition for Portfolio Review
  1. Booking Policy

    By booking you commit to attending the Renaissance Portfolio Review at your allocated day and slot between 10:30am - 15.45pm GMT. You also acknowledge the cancellation policy. A booking is non-transferrable, so you cannot ask someone else to attend in your place should your plans change and you find yourself unable to attend. Your booking is binding and we can only offer a refund if we can fill your place with someone from the waiting list or if you are unable to attend following reasons of force majeure.
 It is your responsibility to arrange your travel and accommodation for the portfolio review. If for some reason we have to cancel the portfolio review day we will offer a full refund. We reserve the right to cancel if we have not sold enough appointments to make it a viable event. In the unlikely event of force majeure, Renaissance Photography Prize reserves the right to cancel the portfolio review event. We also reserve the right to amend the time or location of the portfolio review day but will notify you well in advance if we change advertised details.

  2. Reviewers

    
When online booking is open you can complete a form for booking and paying for your chosen number of 20 min reviews and state your preference for the reviewers you would like to meet. We will manually manage the timings per reviewer, and we will send a confirmation of available times allocated to you for your chosen reviewer(s). If the time we allocate you does not suit you we can not guarantee to find you an alternative time, but we will try our best to help.

  3. Change of Reviewers

    
Our reviewers have agreed to attend the Renaissance Portfolio Review between 10:30am - 15.45pm on the 20th and 27th November 2015. However, in the event that reviewers are unable to attend at the last minute, Renaissance Photography Prize reserves the right to reprogram portfolio slots. We will not be able to offer any refund if a scheduled reviewer is unable to attend, but we will offer a meeting with another reviewer as far as possible. If Renaissance for some reason can not arrange an alternative reviewer for you, we will offer a refund.

  4. Availability

    The portfolio reviews are open for all, but anyone who registers for these reviews should be a serious, emerging or mid-career photographer/artist or student who is committed to their practice.

  5. Privacy

    
Renaissance Photography Prize is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about Renaissance's activity and news. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
